2026-Feb.. Had an issue my HVAC system, called on Monday early morning, service tech (Matteo & Naveel) were out late that morning to review the problem and potential resolutions. Telecon later that day with Bill Gauci (Service Mgr) and he proposed a viable solution that was outstanding .. Matteo was back Tuesday morning to 100% resolve the problem .. Outstanding Service .. 5+ Stars.. Been with this company for 10 years and both the response time a the resolution satisfaction is 5 Stars.. Planning to changeover my water heater rental next 2016..May Great Price (thanks Tim), Great Service.. Geoff & Adam the 2 service techs were very professional & courteous. They worked very well together, and the installation was impeccable & very neat , as well as the clean up after the fact. Very satisfied .. The end product appears to be outstanding. 2021-May .. semi-annual HVAC checkup was flawless, James (Tech) showed up on time, very personable and respectful. 2023-Oct.. semi annual HVAC checkup was again flawless, Bruce (Tech #199) was very professional and he discovered a minor issue and has put in a request for a replacement part. Very polite and explained everthing .. thank you Bruce. BTW the Bryant semi-annual maintenance program is proactive and not reactive, whch is by far better a better process. 2025-April .. Mateo (tech) was here today for my semi-annual HVAC overview, very efficient, on time and very polite .. thank you 2025- Late April .. Quick on-site response (next day) and Myels P. came out to fix a sudden noise issue with the cooling fan of the A/C Compressor.. part ordered and installed the next day.. fixed !!.. thank you very much Myles and Bryant.. service respose and resolution is '5-Stars".

I had a new gas water heater installed by Quinn and Dante. Bryant provided a fair price and made sure my older set up was brought up to code. The technicians were quick and did a great job! Great company.

I just had my furnace and Air-conditioning unit replaced by 2 technicians. They arrived on time and were very professional. Quinn and Dante did an exceptional job. I was very pleased and they were very pleasant, clean and respectful. They ran through everything and took the time to answer all questions. I could not have asked for anything better. Great work and friendly 👏 We enjoyed having such nice guys. It makes a huge difference when they are working in your house all day. Thank you both Quinn and Dante, your work ethic, attitude and respect was greatly appreciated.

Soon as we noticed, the furnace wasn’t working a technician-Dakota was sent out immediately and found the issue and explained why it wasn’t working and then right after that met with Mike to discuss the options and he explained everything and the technicians that installed Quinn and Dante were professional and polite and did a great job installing a new unit and a new thermostat and cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the Bryant / Syles Team's workmanship. I had a 15 year-old AC unit they had been help service the past few years, but it was time for a change. Quinn & Dante were the technicians who did the installation for a new Lennox AC Unit + evaporator coil - they were on time and outstanding. Answered all my questions, and helped deal with an installation issue as my old unit was sunk into my deck. Helped me resolve it and it looks great now. I can't remember the technician who came to help diagnose my issues, but he must have been 6' 6", so you'll know him if you see him. He was also extremely knowledgeable, helped patch up the previous unit temporarily, and answered all of my questions. What I liked the most was they didn't try to oversell me on what I didn't need - they described the problem, and provided my different options to solve it.

Have been dealing with Bryant Heating for over 30 years and this I would suggest has been my best experience. Nabeel the technician didn’t just service my furnace. He invited me to watch if I wanted to and while going through the various tests and processes he not only explained what he was doing. He pointed out why each particular testing was required to confirm my furnace was efficient showing me results of his various meters. No one has ever explained how my furnace operates and proving my furnace was highly efficient. Nebeel worked very quickly and efficiently and completed his work in well defined timing. A very enlightening experience.
